While this Mass will not be a public Mass this year, Bishop Scharfenberger will gather with a private group of vicar priests to bless the oils.  They will then be distributed to the vicariates.

Holy Oils (Chrism, Oil of the Sick, Oil of Catechumens) are blessed by the Bishop for distribution to parishes. Priests of the diocese gather at this celebration to renew the promises they made at ordination.
