Now Accepting Applications
Annunciation Early Childhood Learning Center, located at 7580 Clinton St. in Elma, is now accepting applications for its 2016-17 pre-school program that will begin in September. Pre-K3 will be offered from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays or Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, while Pre-K4/5 will be held from 9 to 11:30 am. Monday through Friday.
Following the New York State core standards for preschools, the primary goal in Annunciation Pre-K is to have your child’s first experience in school be a positive, fun and successful one!
Pre-K students at Annunciation review colors and shapes and begin pre-math, pre-writing and pre-reading skills, and work to develop the social and learning skills that are important for academic success. Students also begin using sign language as a second language and enjoy art, music, library, computers, physical education and science. This is also the perfect age to begin learning prayers.
A $50 non-refundable registration fee and a copy of the child’s birth certificate are required when an application is submitted. Students must be potty trained before the start of the pre-school year.
